Meditation for Inner Strength and Calm.
A beginners Meditation class is held every Monday evening in Warrington, with an optional Tai Chi and Chi Kung class before the meditation class.
The method taught in the beginners meditation class is based on the Samatha tradition of Buddhist meditation, originating from Thailand. It is a breathing mindfulness method which is particularly suitable for people with busy minds.
The optional Tai Chi class is based on the long Yang style form and is accompanied by Chi Kung (Qi Kong) exercises which can be used to help build stamina and increase body mindfulness.
Time:
Tai Chi & Chi Kung start at 6.45pm.
Meditation class starts at 7.45pm every Monday.

Cost:
Tuition in both meditation and Tai Chi are given free of charge. A donation / facility fee is requested to cover the cost of room hire etc. We are a non-profit making group.
